Accela Authorization for Connect

Connecting to Accela Construct API needs to be done in an Incognito browser session.

Login to Velosimo

1. Access <https://connect.velosimo.io>
2. Login with your Velosimo user credentials
3. Forgot your Password? Use the Forgot Password steps to securely establish a new password.

Locate the correct tenant

1. Once logged into the Velosimo platform access the drop-down tenant menu.
2. Select the desired tenant from the list presented.

Connect to Accela Construct API

1. To connect to Accela, select the checkmark on the top navigation menu.

2. Click on the more actions menu, three dots to the right on Accela Storage.

3. Enter your Accela Agency details and integration user credentials into the Accela Construct API login.

4. Select the Sign In button
5. When successful, the Construct API login screen will redirect you back to Velosimo and the Accela Storage status will show as Authorized.

📘

If the login to Construct API is not successful there will be an error presented on the Construct API login screen and you will not be redirected back to Velosimo. This is an Accela Construct API error.

For tenants that are managed using connect.velosimo.io, you should now be authorized and you do not need to go any further in the documentation.
