Pre-requisites

Cybersource account with Test and Production access
Identify / share the name of the processor being used with your Velosimo Customer Success Manager.

Open Notepad

Prepare to copy the following information from Cybersource admin into Velosimo Settings

Merchant ID
API Key
Shared Secret Key

Login to the Cybersource Business Center

Use your merchant id and user info to login

Navigate to Payment Configuration -> Key Management in the side menu and click generate key in the top right.

Select REST - Shared Secret, scroll to the bottom and click Generate Key

Save your Key and Shared Secret in a notepad, you will not be able to access the Shared Secret again after this screen. Once the info is saved you can navigate back to the Key Management page, set the "Expires At" filter to "All Dates" and search. Your key may not appear if "All Dates" is not the selected filter.

Meet with your Velosimo Customer Success Manger to complete the setup and configuration in Velosimo with the values you have captured during this process.
